Importance: mine, yours, and design's too

The importance of a team's morale was known to Marlon (Founder, CEO). He would do well by ensuring every employee had an understanding of what was happening on the business side and how their work was impacting people.

One such way he boosted my morale was by sending me screenshots of customer's mentioning how our design impacted them. In fact, somewhere around 80% of customer feedback had good design as a key reason for why they went or stuck with us.
